PRODUCT CARE:

With proper care  for your clothes, you take care of the environment.

Washing at a lower temperature is  more delicately  to the clothes he keeps  the color, shape and structure of the fabric and print. At the same time, this reduces the consumption of electricity used  in the process  of product care.

• We recommend washing at a temperature of 30ºC.
• The use of a dryer is not recommended.
• Wash the product upside down.
• Iron on the reverse side without affecting the print, embroidery and illustrations.

ORIGIN OF THE PRODUCT:

You can return your order within 14 calendar days.  Items must be with all labels and be in their original condition.   

When returning an order  MOUNTAIN  will refund all amounts received by you without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you returned the product in question.

Deliveries of GORA are made by the courier company SPEEDY . Delivery time for Bulgaria is from 2 to 5 working days. 

DELIVERY TO THE ADDRESS OR OFFICE OF SPEEDY for  Bulgaria:

For orders in Bulgaria  over BGN 100 the delivery is free and is done with Speedy . For orders under BGN 100 the delivery fee is 5  BGN

DELIVERY IN EUROPE, USA AND CANADA:

For delivery to  Europe,  USA and Canada, the delivery amount will be automatically calculated after you select the products you want to order. 

Due to the specifics of the packaging and our desire to fully enjoy your order, opening it at home, GORA products are not subject to inspection and test upon receipt, but you have the opportunity to return or replace them,  within 14 calendar days of receipt.
