US & EUROPE SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The delivery fee will be automatically added to your order, depending on your location. You can see the delivery price before confirming your order.
Delivery time for Europe is 5 to 10 working days.
DELIVERY FOR BULGARIA:
For orders in Bulgaria over BGN 100 the delivery is free.
For orders under BGN 100 the delivery fee is BGN 5.
Due to the specifics of the packaging and our desire to fully enjoy your order, at home, GORA products are not subject to inspection and test upon receipt, but you have the opportunity to return or replace them, within 14 calendar days of the receipt.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The User has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days without stating a reason, without paying compensation or penalty, from the date of acceptance of the goods by the User or a third party other than the courier and specified by the User.
When the User wants to refuse and return the order, it is necessary to inform the Company before the expiration of the 14-day period. For this purpose, the User should write to e-mail: sales@gora.eco, after which he will receive a Return Form. The form is filled in by the User and sent to the Company, together with the returned products within the above period. In the Return Form the User is obliged to indicate the bank account and the account holder to which the Company should refund the amount.
The goods should be returned to the Company in the condition in which it was delivered to the User or to the third party specified by the User. The User is responsible for returning the products in the perfect condition.
